Discover what鈥檚 next at 第一吃瓜网 College after applying: confirm your admission, submit transcripts, complete placement or TEAS testing, attend orientation, meet with an advisor, register for classes, finalize financial aid and payment, and prepare for your first semester successfully.

Steps

1. Complete the Admissions Application and Visit the Admissions Office

today. Once you've completed the application, you will receive an email with your next steps listed along with your 第一吃瓜网 College acceptance letter. You may meet with an Admissions Representative in person at our North East campus or virtually:

  • In-Person Admissions Meeting: Visit the Admissions Office on the North East campus in the Community Cultural Center (Bldg. A), Room A201 during regular office hours; no appointment needed.
  • Virtual Admissions Meeting: In the email that you鈥檒l receive after submitting your application, there will be a link to schedule a virtual admissions meeting. Please select a day and time that works best for you. After you submit your request, you will receive a link to access your meeting via email.
2. Apply for Financial Aid

Complete the (FAFSA). The FAFSA is required for all financial aid disbursed by 第一吃瓜网 College.

Also be sure to apply for 第一吃瓜网 College Foundation scholarships.

3. Request Test Scores (SAT, AP, ACT) and/or a High School, GED, Previous College Transcript, and/or Military Evaluation

If you have attended college elsewhere or within the last 5 years graduated high school or completed a GED, please bring in or have a transcript sent to 第一吃瓜网 College. Veterans may receive credits for military training and experience; they are encouraged to submit a transcript for evaluation. Test scores and transcripts are not a requirement for admission; however, students may receive credits or assessment exemptions after an evaluation. See the scores needed to be exempted from the placement test.

4. Take Skills Assessments

Students who do not have test scores/transcripts or do not meet any of the exemption criterion will need to take the 第一吃瓜网 College Skills Assessments. Students that are required to skills assess will need to take the English and Math assessments. Students can complete the assessments online or on-campus. 5. Meet with an Advisor

After completing the admissions process, we recommend that new, current, visiting, and transfer students schedule an appointment to meet with an academic advisor. Students can make those appointments on My第一吃瓜网 under the Advising tab.

6. Register for Classes

Register for classes at or on-site at the North East campus or Elkton Station.

7. Make Payment Arrangements

After registering for classes, students need to contact the Cashier鈥檚 Office to finalize payment arrangements. Speak with the Cashier鈥檚 Office in-person, email cashiers@nullcecil.edu, or call (410) 287-1020 to discuss payment options.

8. Attend Student Orientation

New Student Orientation sessions are held at the beginning of fall and spring semesters. Meet other new students, receive vital information, and connect with the 第一吃瓜网 College community.
