SEN. NORMAN WAS BIG SUPPORTER OF CECIL COLLEGE - The late State Sen. H. Wayne Norman Jr., a first-term Republican senator, was a strong supporter of community colleges and 第一吃瓜网 College in particular. The late Sen. Norman and Sen. Steve Hershey presented 第一吃瓜网 College President, Dr. Mary Way Bolt, and 第一吃瓜网 College Vice President of Community and Government Relations, Chris Ann Szep with a resolution in recognition of 50 years of 第一吃瓜网 College delivering excellence in higher education to 第一吃瓜网 County and the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
