Annual 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo slated for Aug. 8

ELKTON, Md: The 22nd Annual 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo will be held Thursday, Aug. 8th, from 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Elkton High School at 110 James Street in Elkton. This event is a collaboration between the µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø County Department of Community Services and µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø College’s Lifelong Learning Department.
Join us at the 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo, a vibrant event packed with opportunities to connect with community resource representatives and vendors. Dive into engaging conversations about Medicare options, healthy eating, financial planning, local µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø County history, wellness activities, and so much more. Explore a variety of senior-friendly fitness classes and discover an array of exciting programs tailored to enhance your well-being. Don’t miss out on this dynamic and enriching experience.
The registration fee is $10, which includes lunch provided by Caffé Gelato.
Additional 22nd Annual 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo sponsors include ChristianaCare, Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union, CHEP, µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø County Health Department, µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø County Public Library, and the YMCA.
To register, call µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø College at 410-287-1078, dial option 6, and then provide course number SCX100-25, or register in person at µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø College’s Elkton Station, located at 107 Railroad Ave. in Elkton. Registrations are also being accepted at the Healthy Lifestyles Fitness Center at the µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd. in Elkton.
